Hello — I’m Mubarek, based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

I’m a mathematician by training who ended up working at the intersection of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. I currently lead the Emerging Technologies Division at the Information Network Security Administration (INSA), where I work on national blockchain infrastructure, AI-for-cybersecurity research, and quantum computing study.
